青少年学生的网络依赖与矫正对策

Countermeasures to Correct Teenager's Student Internet Addiction

本文为探索青少年网络依赖的成因和较为有效的矫治网络依赖的办法,采用自制网络使用情况问卷,甄选出网络依赖较为严重的青少年学生,测算该人群在青少年学生总体中的比例。通过调查和个案访谈,结合SCL—90精神健康自评量表、MHT量表等工具测查该类学生在心理健康等方面的特点,并与其他没有网络依赖的学生作相关比较,最后得出结论:网络依赖对青少年在学习、身体、人际社交、心理健康等方面造成负面影响。

To discover the cause of Intemet addiction disorder and find out the effective way to correct it,the following methods are used ：using the questionnaire about network usage to select the teenager＇s student who has grievous internet addiction disorder, and calculating the proportion of them. By measuring the characteristics of those students in the mental health and comparing with the other by the Symptom Check List 90 and MHT,we draw the conclusion that interact addiction disorder will result in negative influence to the teenager＇s student on learning, body, human relations, social intercourse and mental health.
