血浆交换疗法治疗9例自身免疫性疾病

Treatment of 9 cases of autoimmune diseases by plasma exchange

采用血浆交换疗法治疗９例自身免疫性疾病，临床效果显著。作者认为血浆交换疗法联合皮质类固醇激素和免疫抑制剂才能巩固疗效，并且交换后静脉输注人血免疫球蛋白亦能有效地防止由于血中抗体的再升高引起的“反跳”现象。

It was successful that 9 cases of autoimmune diseases were treated by the method of plasma exchange( PE). The author considered that PE combined with steroids and immunosuppressors could ameliorate the therapeutic effect. Furthermore, the “rebounding” due to antibodies reascent could be prevented by giving i.v. human blood lmmunoglobulin after PE.
