盘式制动器制动性能试验台部分检测系统

Test System of Braking Performance Test Bed for Disc Brake

通过对摩托车液压盘式制动器的工作原理、电路原理、机械部分和软件部分的研究,设计出可测量液压盘式制动器手柄力、钳口力及点灯行程的在线检测系统。研制结果表明,该测试系统测试精度高、速度快、方法简便,能对产品进行百分百的在线检测。

Based on the study of the operating principle, circuit principle, mechanical part and software of fluid disc brake, the online test system which can test the handle force, caliper opening force and lighting stroke of the brake. The R＆D result shows that the test system is high in accuracy, quick in speed, easy in operation and is capable of conducting the on-line test entirely.
