色谱作为一种分离技术与方法，相比其他的分离技术方法，它具有专属性强，操作简单等优点，现已成为中药质量控制中不可缺少的常规而有效的方法。HPLC，TLC，GC，HPCE技术是中药质量控制常用的色谱技术，并广泛应用于中药的鉴别检验、含量测定、残留检测、质量标准和指纹图谱的建立等。本文对常用色谱分析技术HPLC，TLC，GC，HPCE在中药质量控制中的应用做一综述。

Chromatographic analysis is of better specificity and easier operation than other abstraction methods.It has been widely used in the quality control of traditional Chinese Medicine.HPLC, TLC,GC,HPCE are regular chromatographic analys/s methods used in the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.They are used in distinction,determination,residue determination, establishment of quality standard and fingerprint chromatography of traditional Chinese medicine.This article reviewed the application of regular chromatographic techniques-HPLC,TLC, GC, HPCE-in the quality control of traditional Chinese Medicine.
