人参注射液治疗心力衰竭30例临床疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of ginseng injection on heart failure-30cases reports

目的研究纯中药制剂人参注射液治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法心力衰竭病人30例,随机分为2组,治疗组16例,在常规疗法的基础上加用人参注射液,对照组14例,仅采用常规疗法,并且进行治疗前后的调查研究。结果两组患者治疗后症状症候积分治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),疗效评价治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上辅以人参注射液能显著提高对心力衰竭患者的疗效。

Objective To study the effect of pure Chinese traditional medicinal pharmaceutics--ginseng injection on the treatment of heart failure. Methods 30 patients with heart failure patients were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group and the control group. 16 cases in the treatment group were given ginseng injection on the basis of conventional therapy, and 14 cases in the control group were treated with only conventional therapy. Investigations were carried out before and after treatment. Results Symptom syndrome integral in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. Therapeutic evaluation in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ginseng injection combined with conventional therapy can significantly increase therapeutic effect in patients with heart failure.
