间苯三酚在负压吸引流产术前的应用

The application of phloroglucinol before artificial abortion-vacuum aspiration

目的探讨间苯三酚在人工流产手术中的镇痛效果及其安全性。方法随机选择100例早孕妇女于术前30min肌注间苯三酚40mg作为实验组,另选择100例早孕妇女不用任何药物作为对照组。观察两组孕妇在人工流产手术中宫颈松驰度、术中出血量和人流综合征的发生率。结果间苯三酚有利于宫颈扩张,减少术中出血,降低人流综合征的发生率,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚用于门诊人工流产术镇痛效果好,人流综合征发生率低,操作简便安全,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the analgesia effect of phloroglucinol and its security during the artificial abortion. Methods 100 cases of early pregnancy were selected randomly as the experimental group and other 100 cases of early pregnancy as the control group. The 100 pregnancy women in the experimental group were injected with 40 mg phloroglucinol on 30 minutes prior to the abortion operation while other 100 women in the control group were not given any drugs. Then the cervical relaxing, amount of bleeding during operation and the incidence of artificial abortion syndrome in the two groups were observed. Results Phloroglucinol injection was helpful for cervical dilatation and reducing bleeding during operation, and decreasing incidence of artificial abortion syndrome. These data were significantly different in the experimental group from those in the control group（P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Phloroglucinol injection is worth promoting for its great analgesia effect with low incidence of artificial abortion syndrome in artificial abortion operations and its easy operation and safely.
