摘要
当前,解决农民工问题,维护农民工的合法权益,已受到全党、全社会的高度重视和关注,工会要真正起到维护农民工权益的目的,必须充分调动并且利用地方党委、政府和社会各界的资源,把农民工作为维权重点,建立一个以工会为主导的农民工维权的立体架构。
At present,the whole Party and community attach importance to solve the problems of migrant workers and protect their legal rights and interests.In order to play the role of protector of migrant workers＇ right really,trade union should mobilize and make use of the resources of local Party Committees,government and all circles,stress on protecting migrant workers＇ right and build up a solid structure of protecting migrant workers＇ right.
