山西发生的"黑砖窑"事件,暴露出严重非法用工、拐骗农民工、强制劳动、雇佣童工等奴工现象,引起了社会的广泛关注。奴工现象严重侵犯了农民工合法权益,危害极大。应主要从取缔非法经济组织、提高非法用工成本、为农民工提供良好的就业环境等方面采取相应对策,以规范劳动关系,切实维护农民工权益。

Through the ＂black brickkiln＂ in Shanxi province,people pay great attention to slave worker,illegal recruitment,kidnap migrant workers,forced labor and child labor.To employ slave workers infringed legal rights and interests of migrant workers seriously and caused maximum harm to them.In order to protect the rights and interests of migrant workers and regulate labor relations,we should adopt measures to ban illegal economic organization,increase the cost of illegal recruitment and provide good employment environment for migrant workers.
