针刺对中风患者红细胞SOD、CAT酶活性和血清蛋白内源荧光的影响 被引量:14

摘要 运用针刺手足阳明经为主治疗中风恢复期患者,观察了针刺前后红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、血清SOD及血清蛋白内源荧光的变化。结果表明:针刺有明显的抗氧化作用,使红细胞SOD、CAT酶活性提高(P<0.05,P<0.01),血清SOD活性提高(P<0.05),使血清蛋白的相对荧光强度降低(P<0.01),并使荧光峰值波长的蓝移得到纠正。 In the present study, patients at the restoration stage of apoplexy were treated mainly by acupuncture at points of the Hand-and Foot-Yangming Channels,and Changes of superoxide dismulase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) in the erythrocyte, serum SOD and serum protein-endogenous fluoresence were observed before and after acupuncture.Results showed that acupuncture had a marked antioxidation,and increased activities of SOD and CAT in the erythrocyte(p<0. 05,P<0. 01)and serum SOD (P<0. 05), and decreased relative fluoresence intensity of serum protein (P<0. 01),as well as corrected the change of the wave length at fluoresence peak.
