摘要
针对普通高校教师绩效评价研究的现状,结合地方院校的实际,确定了普通高校教师绩效评价的指标体系,设计并实现了基于B/S模式的普通高校教师绩效评价系统,对系统的设计原则、功能以及开发和运行环境进行了详细阐述,对系统的工作流程和实现的关键技术进行了重点描述,系统对教师的教学、科研、重大工作、教师工作等方面进行评价,使得教师评价工作实现了数字化、网络化,保证了评价工作的公平、公正。
The paper firstly sets the system of indicatiors used in evaluation of the university teachers, which is based on the present researches and the practical situation in local university. Then, evaluation system is designed and realized based on the B/S model. The design principle, function and developing and run-time environment are expounded ; the work flow chart of the system and the key realization technique are described. The system gives teachers a comprehensive assessment from the aspects of teaching, research , significant work and routine contributing work, which makes the teachers' s work digitalization and network based. Therefore a reasonable and just evaluation is guaranteed
