二十世纪的最后十年,是中国高等教育产业创新的最好时期之一。其特点是高等教育体制进行了重大的改革,规模获得了很大的发展,结构进行了科学合理的调整,教学质量和办学效益得到逐步提高,实现了规模、结构、质量、效益的协调发展。高等教育产业创新也取得了一定的成就,创建了知识,能力与素质并重的人才,高校教育进行了改革等。高等教育产业创新与高等教育体制改革不是孤立的,它们之间互相起作用,高等教育体制改革为高等教育产业创新提供了环境支持,高等教育产业创新对高等教育体制改革起到了促进作用。

They also cultivate the genius who are capable of knowledge, capability and quality. While the originality does not connected with the higher education organizational reform. On the contrary, they interact with each other. For example, the reform offers environmental support to the originality,in turn, the originality plays a promoting role in the reform.
