Reflection on the Ability Targets of Physics Examination for Higher Education

目前，高中教学中对高考物理考试能力目标存在着不同的认识。应该从高考命题的角度对此进行澄清。高考物理科所测试的能力目标，必须立足在高中物理课程标准规定的，基本知识与基本技能的基础上，考查考生运用这些基本知识解决问题的能力，脱离了物理学科的基础知识与基本技能进行的能力测试，对高考而言是没有效度的。

Nowadays, high school teaching has vague understandings about the ability targets of physics examination for higher education. These understandings should be reflected from the aspect of assignment of physics examination for higher education. The ability targets of physics examination for higher education must be based on basic knowledge and skills required by relevant physics curriculum. Such evaluation of students＇ problem solving ability to use the required basic knowledge that is separated from a test of their basic skills to apply physics knowledge would be considered invalid in physics examination for higher education.
