摘要
课程开发是一个社会化的系统组织和活动,因而具有群体、相互行动和意识的特征。这种组织与活动有着明确的目的并成为实现这一目的的手段,会随着目标的实现或失败而解体和结束。为了有效地实现目标,组织内部产生了严密的分化与分层,由此带来了组织内成员之间的等级和控制关系。
Curriculum Development is a sort of social systematic organization and action. It is provided with the feature of community, mutually action and mentality. The organization and action have explicit purpose ; and it is the method of its purpose. Moreover the organization and its action will disintegrate and ended with its purpose achieved or failed. In order to practice the purpose effectively, the organization has strict differentiation and stratification, and then the relationships of grade and control between members aroused.
