高中体育教学中“学生自主学习自主体现”模式的实践

摘要 探索一种在高中体育教学中“学生自主学习自主体现”的教学模式。学生通过自学体育教学的某项内容,先从理论上进行分析,然后并结合实际情况设计锻炼的方法,在课中进行自我锻炼。培养学生学会学习、学会锻炼,为学生“终身体育”服务。此模式能体现学生是学习的主体、锻炼的主体,培养学生研究性学习的习惯;亦能体现教师是指导的主体,是学生学习的引路人。 In this article, I try to explore the new teaching pattern of the self - learning and self - achieved in physical education teaching in high school. In this pattern, the students choose one of the teaching content from the self- learning materials. Then they analyse the material in theory and make the training plan. Finally, they carry out their plan in their PE lesson. In this pattern, it helps the students learn to make a study and exercise. On the other hand, it serves for the concept of physical training for whole life. The teaching pattern has been implored for two turns. It proved to be effictive and practical. In the process of the experiments, it shows that the students are the main part of learning and training. It can bring up the habhit of research learning. The pattern also confirms the leadship of the teacher. They are the guiders of the students.
