摘要
通过研究社区教育管理的基本组织行为——政府行为,目的在于提高管理者自身行为的科学性,以促进管理效率的提高和组织目标的达成。
This paper focuses on the basic organizing behavior of the management of community education, i.e. governmental behavior, in order to make the administrative personnel's behavior more scientific, boost the management efficiency, and meet the organizing objectives.
