天津市高职院校“双师型”教师队伍现状的调查及培养模式

Analysis on the Situations of the Multi-skilled Teacher in Vocational College in Tianjin and Its Training Mode

通过对天津市4所高职院校188名专业教师的问卷调查,获得了天津市高职院校双师型教师队伍建设现状的一手资料,在此基础上进行了描述性分析,发现了存在的问题,提出了建立双师型教师队伍培养模式的建议。

Through a survey report on 188 teachers in 4 Vocational Colleges in Tianjin, latest data has been gained on the structure of ＂double qualified＂ teacher in Vocational Colleges in this city. After descriptive analysis, problems are found, then suggestions on the mode of training ＂double qualified＂ teachers are given in this paper.
