教学档案是教学活动和教学管理工作的真实记载,是高校档案管理工作的一项重要内容,是系(部)教学、教研和教改必不可少的"硬件"材料。随着改革开放的不断深入与扩大,档案工作的地位和作用日渐突出,为了适应新形势的发展,高职院校应充分发挥档案在教学管理中的作用。

Teaching archive is the real record of teaching activity and teaching management. It＇s an important part of archive management of institutes and absolutely necessary ＂hardware＂ material for the teaching research and reform for departments. With the expanding and deepening of reform and opening up, the position and role of archive management become more and more prominent. Higher vocational institutes should bring archive into full play in teaching management to adapt to the development of new situation.
