摘要
为了更好地满足学生个性化学习需求,提升教育教学质量,在分层教学上采取措施,取得了较好的效果。但实施分层教学也存在一些新的问题,例如如何评价教师的教学质量、怎样对不同层次的学生进行考核等,应探索并制定出一套符合教师和学生实际的评价方法。
At present, our college has made efforts and exploration in the layer teaching in order to meet the needs of different students and improve teaching qualities. However, we face some new difficulties, for example, how to assess the layer teaching quality and evaluate the layer students. Through continuous research, practice and conclusion, our college has formulated a set of evaluation methods on the layer teaching.
