摘要
以"智"施教就是不同的智能用不同的方法训练。分层教学是因材施教的理论延伸,是一种教学组织形式和教学策略。影响分层教学的因素是多方面的,主要有学习兴趣、智力组合、教师水平、教学条件等。教学策略的运用和按人才培养目标分层教学、按知识与能力结构的差异分层,是职业教育教学改革的内容与方向。
"Carrying out teaching with intelligence" means that different intelligence level should be trained by different methods. Level teaching is the theoretic extension of "teaching according to students" ability", It's a kind of teaching organization and strategy. Level teaching can be influenced by many factors, such as learning interest, intelligence combination, teachers" level, teaching conditions, etc. The content and direction of the reform of vocational education teaching lie in several aspects, such as the application of teaching strategy, implementing level teaching by educational objectives and classifying students according to their differences in knowledge and ability structure, etc.
