摘要 通过研究MB3镁合金的搅拌摩擦焊工艺,对焊缝的成形特点、接头组织性能及力学特征进行了分析。试验结果表明,对厚为3mm的MB3镁合金板,当焊接速度为95mm/min和搅拌头旋转速度为1600r/min时,可以获得良好的焊接质量。 In this paper, an investment was carried out on the friction stir welding of MB3 magnesium alloy with a thickness of 3mm. The basic characterization of the weld formation, the structure and the mechanical properties of the joint were analyzed. The result of the test shows that good weld quality may be obtained when welding speed is 95mm/min and rotating rate of welding pin is 1600r/min.
