摘要
我国海洋生物资源极为丰富,种类繁多,是我国海洋经济发展的物质基础。20年来,沿海经济发展引起了环境污染和环境变化,影响海洋生物资源的可持续利用发展。保证海洋生物资源的可持续利用是关系到我国海洋可持续平衡发展的一个重要战略问题。
Our country is plenty of marine life resources and of various speciese. They are the physical foundation of our marine economic development. Since these twenty years, the economic development of littoral have changed a lot in environmental pollution and itself, which influnced the sustainable development of marine life resources. It is an important strategic matter of maintaining the balance of our sustainable development, which is based on ensuring the sustainable utilization of marine life resources.
