摘要
随着汽车市场的快速发展,汽车行业需要大量的汽车专业人才。要借鉴国外汽车人才培养的经验,优化课程建设,加快双师型教师队伍的培养,采用"双证融通"的教学模式,提升学生的职业综合能力。
With the rapid development of automobile market, large numbers of auto specialty talents are needed in auto industry. By learning foreign experience of auto talents＇ cultivation, this article suggests that it is necessary to optimize he curricula construction and speed up the cultivation of doublequalified teacher.
