摘要
人才租赁制度是一种新的用工制度,学校培训工作实施人才租赁制度是一个有益的尝试,要研究人才租赁的具体形式及人才租赁中需注意的问题。
Talents leasing system is a kind of new employment system. It is a useful attempt to carry out talents leasing system in the training work of colleges. The concrete form and existing problems of talents leasing should be investigated.
