介绍了东海大桥的交通特点和国外桥隧工程、跨海大桥安全运营的管理经验。提出了一系列对东海大桥的管理措施,并提出了在紧急情况下的应急方案。以达到推进洋山港工程和东海大桥交通安全、促进港口安全生产的目标。

This paper introduces the traffic characteristics of the Donghai Bridge,and the managing experience for running safely of the tunnel prouect and the sea-spanning bridge in foreign contory. It puts forward a serial of managing measures for the Donghai Bridge. Also it puts forward the emergent plan for meeting the emergent situation,so as to guarantee the traffic safety of the Yangshan Port and the Donghai Bridge,and promote the production of the port.
