An Analysis on the Safety Problems of Boarding Machine in the Oil Terminal

油码头登船机结构简单,造价低廉。5万吨以上的大型泊位,使用登船机上下船安全可靠,但该设施存在着一些安全问题。以5个方面分析了码头登船机存在的安全问题,指出:要以设计阶段就关注安全问题,确保港口安全。

The boarding machine in the oil terminal has the characteristics of simple structure and lower cost. It is safe and reliable to use the boarding machine for the large berthes which are over 50 000t. But there are a few safety problems in this machine. This paper analyses the safety problem existed in the boarding machine from 5 fields in the oil terminal. It points out that the safety problem should be paid attention from the design period, so as to ensure the safety of the port.
