摘要 介绍了IEC61850标准的模型,然后利用该模型以距离保护功能为例进行模型设计,在此基础上,针对目前对模型实现方法研究的欠缺,提出了基于SCL解析的静态模型建立和基于ACSI的动态模型建立两种在变电站系统实现中的模型建立方法,并利用微软的MSXML4.0、SISCO的MMS-EASE Lite等开发包和C#.NET的动态类型创建实现了两种模型建立方法。具有较大的实践应用意义。 This paper introduces the models of IEC 61850 standard firstly, with which models for distance protection function. Based on this, aiming at a deficiency of research on model implementing method, two methods are put forward to construct the model in the power system,including the static model constructing based on SCL parser and the dynamic model constructing based on ACSI. The two methods are implemented with MSXML 4.0 of Miscrosoft, MMS-EASE Lite of SISCO and dynamic type creating of C#.NET.
