摘要
金沙遗址采光屋顶采用预应力悬索结构。论述了该工程分级对称张拉的预应力施工技术,结合施工仿真计算和现场实测结果,分析了在预应力施工过程中结构目标预应力和最终索力之间的差异,介绍了结构钢索相关节点设计和张拉技术参数控制原则、钢索安装顺序。实践表明索力和变形满足相关规范及设计要求,最终索力值与目标预应力值相差比较小,施工仿真计算分析可保证设计和施工的准确性、安全性。
The prestressed suspended-cable structure is used for the day-lighting roof of Jinsha Site. The prestressed construction technology of this project was introduced in detail, including grading tension and symmetric tension. According to the construction simulation results and construction monitoring results, the difference between aim prestressed force and final cable force was analysed. The designs of relevant structure steel cable joints, control principles of tension technique parameter, and installation sequences of steel cable were also presented. Practices show that cable force and deformation are satisfied with relevant standard and design requirements. The difference value between aim prestressed force and final cable force is small. The construction simulation analysis can ensure the accuracy and safety of design and construction.
