摘要
针对常州体育馆大跨度椭球形弦支穹顶的施工成形过程,采用ANSYS有限元软件进行仿真模拟分析。通过比较张拉工装、张拉误差及施工工艺的难易程度,选择一种对于该类结构而言较为优化的张拉成形方法。根据张拉过程分析及三种施工工艺的对比分析得出,运用环向索张拉成形的施工方法能够比较准确的使结构在张拉后达到设计所需的预应力态。同时采用环向索张拉设备少,可以较好的控制张拉后的环向索线形。
Based on the construction forming process of a large-span elliptic suspended-dome in Changzhou Gymnasium, the finite element software ANSYS was adopted to do simulation analysis. By comparing the tension machines, tension errors and construction technique, one more suitable method for the large-span elliptic suspended-dome was selected. The results are obtained according to tension process analysis and comparative analysis of three construction methods. Required prestressed state is achieved after the tension by using construction method of ring cable shape forming. Besides, few ring cable tensioning equipments are selected to control the shape of tensioned ring cable.
