摘要
常州体育馆工程钢屋盖采用大跨度弦支穹顶。针对结构体系独特、安装定位测量精度要求高、铸钢与异种钢间焊接工艺选择和拉索张拉方法、结构卸载的施工难点,详细阐述了脚手架及支撑架的搭设、单层网壳的安装和拉索的张拉和安装,焊接顺序等施工工艺。在施工过程中,通过现场监测和测量,顺利完成钢屋盖的安装工作,保证了结构的安全性和稳定性。
Large-span suspended-dome is adopted in the steel roof of Changzhou Gyrrmasium. Based on this project characteristics, such as special structure system, high precision measurement for installation and positioning, the welding technology selection on connection between cast steel and dissimilar steel, tension methods of cable, and the difficulties of structure unloading, authors introduced some construction techniques, including the erection of scaffold and support frame, installations of single-layer reticulated shell, tension and installation of cable, and welding sequence. During the construction, the installation of steel roof is successfully finished by on-site measurement and monitoring, which ensure the safety and stability of the structure.
