摘要
运用ANSYS对设置吊车梁水平隅撑的厂房进行了整体建模分析,分别对单跨双坡和双跨四坡门式刚架结构进行了三维有限元模拟,同时对吊车横向刹车力对称作用和不对称作用时刚架柱侧移和最大应力进行了比较。结果表明设置隅撑后刚架柱的扭转很小,但钢柱的平面外出现了少量弯矩,其应力在刹车作用截面大约为8MPa。因此钢柱设计时,在此部位的应力比应留有适当的余地。
Integral model of some workshop was analyzed by ANSYS software which has horizontal knees at ends of crane beams. Finite element simulation was done to analyze portal frame with single span double slopes and one with double spans four slopes. At the same time, displacements and the largest stress of rigid frame column were compared when crane lateral braking forces were loaded symmetrically and asymmetrically. The results show that the twisting deformation of rigid frame column is smaller when the horizontal load is asymmetrical, but the out-of-plane moment is induced and the stress due to this out-of-plane moment is about 8MPa. In practical column design, the stress ratio at this cross-section should be controlled.
