摘要
南通体育场大跨度钢结构拱架坐落在大直径拱脚环梁上。为了全面掌握环梁在上部荷载作用下,随钢结构施工进展各阶段环梁的受力变化情况,对环梁在不同时期、不同位置、不同标高处所受的侧向土压力和侧向渗压力进行监测。通过监测点布置和监测方案的实施,获得了监测数据,并分析了土压力随时间变化情况、土压力与埋深关系、渗压力变化和土压力计算值与实测值对比,掌握了环梁土压力随上部钢结构施工推进的变化情况,为钢结构施工提供了可靠的依据。研究表明环梁土压力随施工进度的进展逐渐增大。
The arch structure is located on large-diameter arch-foot circle beam of large-span steel structure in Nantong Stadium. Lateral earth pressure and lateral infiltration stress of circle beam at different periods, different points and different elevation were monitored to understand stress change law of circle beam during construction. By design monitoring scheme, monitoring data was gained, and relationships between earth pressure and time, buried depth were analyzed, as well as infiltration stress change law. Calculated value and measured value of earth pressure were compared, and change law of circle beam earth pressure was proposed to provide feasible basis for steel structure construction. Research shows that circle beam earth pressure is increased with construction progress.
