摘要
介绍了某桥面铺装横向铰接的预应力混凝土T构箱梁桥的桥面铺装病害情况,通过静载试验和病害理论分析,揭示了该桥桥面的病害是由于拼接处受到较大剪力的反复作用产生,并运用拼接技术对该病害进行了彻底的诊治。实践证明,对于多箱单室分离式T构,桥面横向铰接对于桥面的耐久性是不利的。同时,通过桥面板的横向刚接和横梁的设置可以很好地解决桥面铺装整体性问题。
Deck pavement disease of a lateral hinged prestressed concrete T-frame box-girder bridge was introduced in this paper. Based on static load test and theoretical analysis, causes of the disease were attributed to repeat action of large shear force at splicing area. And the diseases were absolutely cured by splicing technology. Practice shows that it is unfavorable to lateral hinge deck pavement of separate twin-box girder T-frame in durability. At the same time, integrity of deck pavement is ensured by lateral rigid joints of deck pavement and cross beam.
