摘要
本文认为在新课标背景下,应当正确认识和评价我国现行中小学教师培训模式,并积极加以改进,以提高中小学教师培训的实效性。
This paper states in new course standard background that the mode of training elemary and middle school teachers should be fully understood, evaluated and that the training practical results should be positively improved.
