1683例冠状动脉造影阳性资料分析冠心病与心房颤动的相关关系 被引量：3

The relation between coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation： an analysis of coronary arteriography of 1683 cases

摘要 心房颤动（房颤）是临床上最常见的心律失常，并且有很高的致残率和病死率。近年来，对房颤的研究已经成为热点。房颤的流行病学调查表明，一般人群房颤的总患病率约为0．6％，且有随年龄上升的趋势。由于冠心病的发生率也随年龄增大而提高，因此通常认为冠心病是中老年人房颤的主要原因。在Framingham心脏研究中并未发现冠心病是房颤的独立危险因素，但证实心肌梗死可以预测房颤的发生。本文根据冠状动脉造影结果确诊为冠心病的病历资料探讨冠心病发生房颤的相关因素。
