二度房室阻滞的新评述

Second-degree atrioventricular block： a reappraisal
摘要
30多年来，虽然心电生理研究不断进展，但是对二度房室阻滞的研究还不甚深入。文献中对二度房室阻滞有各种不同的定义，尤其是MobitzⅡ型阻滞。因此，在临床心电检测中，心电图评估二度房室阻滞的准确性低于其他心律失常，对二度房室阻滞的误诊也是最多的（表1）。本文旨在对二度房室阻滞的诊断误区进行新的评述。
