摘要
针对松辽盆地徐家围子深部地层的特征,在分析该地区钻井技术难点的基础上,摸索出了一系列技术对策:对钻头结构进行了改进和优选、强化钻井参数,不断完善和提高钻头和钻井参数优选方案;积极开展该地区钻具失效预防,采取强化钻井参数措施和复合钻井技术,全面推广新型钻井液体系和欠平衡钻井配套技术的应用。为安全高效、快速优质地钻好深井,从优化井身结构、采用低压、负压技术、推广应用复合钻井技术等方面,寻找出了一套经济实用的提高深井机械钻速的措施。
In view of the character of deep formation in Xujiaweizi region of the Songliao Basin,this paper obtained a series of technical measures,based on analysis of technical difficulties in this region,i.e.,to improve and optimize bit structure,to strengthen drilling parameter,to improve and upgrade increasingly the preferred plan of bit and drilling parameter,to prevent positively tool failure in this region,to adopt measures to strengthen drilling parameters and composite drilling technique,and to introduce in a wide area new drilling fluid system and the complete under-balance drilling techniques.A set of economical and practical measures to improve the ROP in drilling deep wells have been achieved by optimizing well structure,adopting low-pressure or negative pressure technique,and introducing composite drilling technique.
