摘要
随着因特网技术的高速普及,信息网络已经与每个人的社会生活息息相关。而当今社会对网络的深度依赖以及个人隐私在网络环境下极易遭受侵害,亦使得我们急需建立健全法律制度和加强信息技术防范,以规范网络行为,提高技术保护水平,强化对网络隐私权的法律保护,促进信息网络的健康发展。
As the network technique disseminate speedy, the information network has close relationship with everyone＇ s social life. However, society depends more on the network and personal privacy has been invaded more easily. Thus, we should perfect our legal legislation and regulate the network behavior. Then, we can consolidate the protection for network privacy and improve the network healthier.
