黑素细胞痣的S—100蛋白和菜豆凝集素—L染色分析

摘要 作者对24例经病理诊断证实的黑素细胞痣进行了 S-100蛋白免疫组化染色,结果发现黑素细胞和痣细胞内均含有 S-100蛋白,支持两者为同一来源的学说。用菜豆凝集素L对痣细胞进行染色,结果表明真皮浅层及深层的痣细胞均染色,进一步支持痣细胞来源的一元论观点,同时也为检查痣细胞提供一种新方法。另一方面,表皮内黑素细胞并不染色,提示它的膜蛋白有异于痣细胞。 In the present paper,we stained 24 cases diagnosed as melanocytic nevi (MN) using the method of S—100 protein immunohistochemistry.We found both melanocytes and nevus cells stained positively,supporting the theory that these two type of cells are originally identical.In the meanwhile,we first report positive staining of nevus cells with lectin PHA—L both in the upper dermis and the deeper dermis,in favor of the theory of single origin of nevus cells.However,the epidermal melanocytes were not stained,suggesting the composition of their membrane glycoconjugates was different from those of nevus cells.
