24小时动态血压参数的正常参照值及短期重复性监测分析

Reference value and reproducibility for 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure in normotensive subjects(Abstract)

本文报告38例22～65岁正常血压者动态血压监测(ABPM)资料。ABPM 参数的正常参照值上限:24小时血压平均值<17.42/10.68kPa,白天血压平均值<17.97/11.49kPa,夜间血压平均值<16.36/9.8kPa,血压负荷值<10%,夜间/白天的收缩压与舒张压比值皆为0.89。正常血压者24小时内血压随时间变化的曲线呈现"双峰一谷"的长柄勺形状,短期内 ABPM 反映的血压水平和昼夜节律具有良好的重复性。以上结果为 ABPM 的临床应用提供了依据。

The data of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) using a noninvasive recorder Accutracker Ⅱ in 38 normotensive subjects (22～65 years old) are reported.If the mean +2 standard deviation interval was considered normal,the upper limits of normality for ABPM were 17.42/10.68kPa for the 24 hour blood pressure (BP),17.97/11.49kPa for the daytime BP,16.36/9.8kPa for the nighttime BP,and 10% for the BP load.The night/day messure ratio averaged 0.89 for systolic and diastolic BP.It was found that there were good reproducibility of average level and circadian variation of BP taken on two separate study days at an interval of 4～8 weeks.The aforementioned values could be used as a temporary reference for clinical practice.
