成立第二战区民族革命战争战地总动员委员会,是中共中央为推动全国抗日民族统一战线的早日建立和巩固而实施的一项重大决策,也是实践党的全面抗战路线的重要体现。战动总会在全国范围内开了国共在一个战区率先全面合作,成立抗日民族统一战线组织的先河,为抗战事业做出了重大贡献。重新审视中共在战动总会中以抗日第一,以团结为主的处事原则,充分体现出中共对于抗日民族统一战线内涵的深刻理解和切实的执行,具有重要的意义。

In order to establish and strengthen national united front to resist against Japan, Communist Party made an important decision to establish National Revolution War Battlefield Mobilization Committee In The Second War Zone. The decision was also the one to practice Party＇s the whole KangZhan route. BMC broke a path for the cooperation between CCP and GuoMingDang in the same field and establish an organization of Kang- Ri national united front formally. CCP＇s principle of Kang- Ri and uniting first reflected its deep understanding and performing of Kang- Ri National United Front.
