口腔鳞状细胞癌与人乳头状瘤病毒感染的关系

Relation between infection of human papilloma virus(HPV)and oral squamous cell carcinoma(Abstract)

本文用抗牛乳头状瘤病毒(BPV)的抗血清对31例口腔鳞状细胞癌中的人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)结构抗原进行检测,证明其中30例口腔鳞状细胞癌中 HPV 结构抗原阳性,说明口腔癌的发病与 HPV 感染有密切关系,防治HPV 感染,对减少口腔癌的发病有极其重要意义。

In 31 case of oral squamous cell carcinoma,HPV was detected by antiserum against bovine papilloma virus immunohistologically.Thirty cases are positive.The result sug- gests a close relationship between oral cancer and HPV infection.Prevention of HPV in- fection may be effective to the decrease of oral cancer.
