建筑工程项目成本控制的研究

Study on the Cost Control of the Construction Project

项目成本控制是项目施工管理的核心内容,成本控制的好坏是项目盈利的关键。对1991～2005年建筑企业总产值、利润总额和利润率等进行统计分析,研究了成本控制中存在的一系列问题和导致建筑企业利润率低的原因。提出了有效控制工程项目成本,提高建筑企业的利润和降低工程成本的措施。

The construction cost control is the core contents of construction management. The quality of the cost control is the key of project earnings. This paper makes use of the method of Mathematical Statistics to the total production value, total profits and profit rate of the building business enterprise from 1991 to 2005, analyzes the existent series of problems in the cost control and the reasons to the low profit rate, puts forward the measures to effectively control the project cost, to increase profits and to lower engineering cost of the construction enterprises.
