摘要
在简单介绍《国务院关于投资体制改革的决定》的基础上,重点阐述了投资体制改革前后政府对企业投资项目行政管理的变化。在总结现行企业投资项目核准制下项目申请报告的主要内容和编写重点的基础上,分析了项目申请报告与原有项目可行性研究报告的区别之处。
On the base of simple introduction about the decision of investment system reform of State Council, the article narrates the changes to enterprise investment project brought by the reformation of investment system in details. The differences between project application report and feasibility research report are analyzed after summarizing the main content and pivot under approval system of enterprise investment project.
