全面质量管理(TQM)在建筑业应用研究

Application of Total Quality Management in Construction Industry

随着人们对建筑工程质量的要求越来越高,产生于制造业的、以追求质量持续改进和客户满意的全面质量管理体系(Total Quality Management)逐渐受到建筑行业的从业者和专家学者的重视,但全面质量管理作为一种制造业的质量管理理论[1],如何应用于建筑业仍然在不断的探索过程中。本文以TQM思想为指导,结合我国工程建设进程的特点,构建了三阶段的全面质量管理体系。在该体系中引入全新的管理方法和原则,以确保工程总体质量目标的实现。借鉴中国香港和新加坡的作法,对质量管理的方法创新做了初步的探讨。

To cope with the increasing demand on construction quality, how to apply the philosophy of TQM （short of ＂total quality management＂） which is aimed at continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction in manufactory industry is being studied by specialist and practitioner in construction fields. In this paper, based on direction of TQM, a three-stage total quality management model is established to make sure that application of this model achieves the overall quality objective. In the end, the methods of quality assessment implemented in Hong Kong and Singapore are summarized for reference.
