摘要
从设计阶段投资控制的角度出发,认为明确业主需求是实现限额设计的关键一步。提出将质量功能展开(QFD)方法应用于明确业主需求,为设定投资控制目标提供指导。结合实例设计出质量表,论述如何将QFD方法应用于限额设计。
Started from the visual angle of investment control in the design phase, the definitude of the owner＇s demand is considered as the key step. Present the path to apply the quality function development （QFD） approach to identify the owner＇s demand in order to provide the guide for making the investment plan. With the quality table in a case, the way to apply QFD to the design-within-limit is discussed.
