胫骨平台骨折72例临床分析

Analysis of 72 cases of tibial plateau fracture(Abstact)

本文对普兰店市第一人民医院骨科1987年1月至1995年12月间收治的72例胫骨平台骨折进行分析讨论。其中按 Hohl 分类,Ⅰ型19例,Ⅱ型35例,Ⅲ型18例。治疗方法Ⅰ型全部及Ⅱ、Ⅲ型7例行非手术治疗,Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型以手术治疗为主,46例行手术治疗。随访58例,随访时间1～9年。结果:优良率Ⅰ型100%,Ⅱ型84.4%,Ⅲ型66.6%,总优良率82.76%。作者强调合理地选择治疗方法,谨慎地功能锻炼和负重,是治疗成功的重要条件。

Seventy two cases of tibial plateau fracture admitted during Jan 1987 to December 1995 were analyed.According to the Hohl's classification,there were 19 eases of type I,35 of type Ⅱ and 18 of type Ⅲ,all the patients of type Ⅰ and 7 cases of type Ⅱ、Ⅲ were treated by non—surgical treatment,46 cases of type Ⅱ、Ⅲ were treated by operation, 58 cases were follow—up for 1～9 years.The rate of excellent and good was 100% (type Ⅰ),84.% (type Ⅱ),66.6% (type Ⅲ) respectivly.The rate of excellent and good was82.76% totally.The authors emphasized that it was very important to succesful treament that treatment method was selected reasonably,and functional excercise and weight bearing were carried out carefuly.
