摘要
采用革兰氏阴性棕色固氮菌(Azotobacter vinelandii)产出的生物酶对羊毛织物进行了防毡缩处理。研究结果表明:在不用预处理的条件下,该生物酶一步法处理可赋予羊毛机织物较好的防毡缩性能。通过测试羊毛织物的面积毡缩率、失重率、油脂含有率以及研究羊毛织物机械性能变化,得出结论:该生物酶可用于改善羊毛织物防毡缩性能。最佳处理工艺参数为:温度25℃,pH值7.0,浴比1∶20。
An anti-shrinkage finishing method for wool was developed by using Azotobacter vinelandii enzyme, which was produced by Azotobacter vinelandii. There was just one step to finish the wool fiber. Through shrinkage, the lipid containment and the cuticle's shape changes, the results showed that this kind of Azotobacter vinelandi enzyme can efficiently enhance the anti-shrinkage function of wool. The best condition is temperature of 25℃, pH value 7.0, and weight proportion between wool fiber and complex enzyme solution is 1:20.
