摘要 β-环糊精(β-CD)磺化改性后,在酸性条件下可与羊毛以离子键形式结合而上染,上染羊毛的β-CD可以起到多功能的效用。用于羊毛芳香整理时,利用β-CD空腔可以容纳香精分子形成包合物的特性,延长织物的留香时间;用于羊毛染色时,可起到增深剂的作用。当磺化β-CD用量为20 g/L时,可以达到一个较好的增深效果,且色光不改变。增深处理的样品与常规染色样品相比,其耐摩擦、汗渍、水洗色牢度影响均不大。 β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) can be linked with wool fiber by electrovalent bond under the acid condition when it was sulfonation-modified. β-CD fixed on the wool textiles can perform multi-functional role. Owing to having special cavity, β-CD can form the inclusion complex with fragrant substances, which improves the long-term durability of the fragrance fabrics. In addition, the sulfonation-modified β-CDcan be used as deep dyeing promoter for wool fabrics, A better effect Of deep dyeing can be obtained when the concentration of sulfonation-modified β-CD was 20 g/L, meanwhile, colour fastness to washing, rubbing and perspiration changed little.
