羊毛/马海毛混纺产品的开发及加工性能

Blending characteristic of wool/mohair and development of the worsted fabric

由于马海毛长度长,细度较粗,纤维抱合力差,在毛精纺生产加工过程中的难度很大。以往开发此类产品多采用从意大利等国外生产厂商进口的纱线进行交织,生产周期长,产品成本高。文章通过对羊毛与马海毛混纺加工性能的研究,阐述了生产加工过程中的重点工序及工艺调节的关键,以及毛精纺产品开发中的相关注意事项。

The mohair has good luster and flexibility. The fabric is not easy to shrinkage and felt, can easily washing and nursing, and has good pilling degree. But it＇ s too difficult to product in worsted processing because of the fiber length, fineness and poor coherent. In this paper, it studied the blending product processing, introduced the important process and some adjustment technologies.
