摘要
毛纺中的浆纱工艺对浆料的要求很高,常用浆料有丙烯酸类、改性淀粉类和水溶性PVA类。浆料性能各有优劣,利用复配浆料取长补短是毛纺浆料的发展趋势。文章采用上述3种浆料作为配方,利用均匀设计方法设计了6种配方,对毛纺上浆的2个主要指标———浆纱耐磨性和强力进行回归分析,得出各组分的影响;通过对浆料和浆纱性能的分析和综合评价,得到较适合毛纺的浆料配比,即PVA浆料25.8%,丙烯酸类浆料20.1%,改性淀粉54.1%。
Sizing of wool yarn calls for high quality. There are advantages and disadvantages in common sizes, such as acrylic acids, modified starch and PVA. Compound of different sizes is under development. This paper used this three agents to get a new size. The size and the yarn properties are tested, a uniform design procedure is also used to find a proper size formula comprised by 25.8% PVA, 20.1% acrylic acids size and 54.1% modified starch. A linear regression analysis is used to clarify the relationships between size agents and sizing index which contains the yarn tensile strength and abrasion resistance.
